DOES BAM PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS?
We work with our preferred architects and draftspersons that we recommend and work closely as a team approach.

CAN WE USE OUR OWN ARCHITECT OR BYO PLANS?
Absolutely.

DO WE HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR BOTH BUILDING & INTERIOR DESIGN?
No, you don’t. But we do say this is when the magic truly happens, and the process for our clients is seamless. Or you may find that you don’t want the full design service, we recommend a design consult where you can ask all the questions you need.

DO YOU PROVIDE A FIXED PRICE COST?
This depends on each individual project. We will ensure that the best cost method is applied to the project. For example, if there are too many unknowns with a renovation or site, it would be a better option to work on a cost plus basis rather than having to add a safeguard on a fixed price contract.

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
This varies greatly, and we cannot place a time on this. Just send an email, and we will let you know.

WILL BEN BE ON SITE?
Yes!  Ben is hands on for all of our projects. You will find him on the building site as well as the contact for all clients.

WHERE DO YOU WORK?
We are currently based on the NSW South Coast servicing the surrounds of the Gerringong area. We do travel depending on the location. We are from the Sutherland Shire and can recommend awesome teams up there who have been trained by BAM.
