An original farmhouse transformed into an iconic coastal property.

You shouldn’t have favorites, but it’s hard not to with this one. Our own development, this project went bigger than we ever imagined. After stumbling across an original farmhouse in Gerringong, we restored every inch of the property while adding the Barn, Cabana, and Soul Cottage. This property was subdivided into three blocks, resulting in a successful BAM development project. Featured across the globe, it’s one we’ll always hold close.
