When the location is right, but the home isn’t, that’s where the real transformation begins.

This project was a complete knockdown and rebuild, keeping what mattered — the location — and starting fresh with everything else.  Designed to capture the river, the home was built around how this family truly lives. Open, connected spaces, a strong link to the outdoors, with a new pool creating that easy, all-day lifestyle that comes with living on the water.  Every material was selected to handle the realities of riverfront living, while still bringing warmth and that lived-in feel.
